Each package includes:

• An in-home consultation to determine your food preferences and dietary needs
• Personalized recipe research and menu planning
• Grocery shopping for the freshest and finest quality ingredients
• Preparation of all foods safely in your kitchen
• A printed menu with heating instructions
• Packaging, labeling, and storing your meals
• Kitchen clean-up

Pricing
Because my service is personalized and each individual / family has different dietary needs and tastes, the cost of service will vary. Fees are based on many factors such as number of entrées per cook date, number of side dishes, frequency of service, packaging, and nutritional needs.
Final pricing will be determined after the free initial consultation.
In general, meal packages range from $250 to $350, plus the cost of groceries. I have a wide variety of services and prices. Please call me for a custom quote.
