The Whole30 program is very adaptable to flavorful, delicious, clean foods!  Here is what was on the menu this week for my longtime clients in Glen Ellyn.  I have been their personal chef for over ten years! Having flavorful foods stocked in their refrigerator makes clean eating very easy for them!

Lamb Chops with Cilantro Mint Vinaigrette

Duck Fat Roasted Potatoes

Roasted Green Beans with Pine Nuts

Thai Beef Curry with Vegetables

Chicken Thighs Wrapped with Bacon and Herbs, Roasted Butternut Squash, Roasted Baby Broccoli,

Pork Chops with Grilled Pineapple Salsa. Coconut Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Roasted Turmeric Cauliflower

I have been making lots and lots of soups lately for my personal chef clients! Since during a typical cooking day, time doesn’t allow for making stocks from scratch, a great alternative I’ve been using is bone broth. They have great protein and a nice gelatinous body, like good chicken stock does. I started leaving it for my personal chef clients who workout regularly, as it’s a great way to get quick protein after the gym. But I discovered that my soups are so much delicious when I use bone broth nstead of regular broth!

My new personal chef clients in Naperville are on the Keto diet. This week, I made lots of pan grilled steak.! Ribeye steaks for dinner, and filet mignon to slice for snacks, when they need a quick protein bite or two. Shredded roasted chicken, Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon, Herb Roasted Pork Tenderloin, Slow Cooked Short Ribs, Roasted Haricot Verts were also on the menu. They are stocked up for the next few days with great tasting healthy clean food to help them on their weightloss journey! As my client told me, “I don’t know how we could do it without a personal chef!”
