One of my clients recently started the Shape ReClaimed diet, under medical supervision. I am cooking healthy well balanced meals, several portions of each, all with lean meat and lots of vegetables! On this week’s menu was Steak Fajitas, Chicken “Parmesan”, and the Shape ReClaimed Linda’s Chili.  I make 8 portions for her, and 8 for her sister! They have lots of great food stocked up in the refrigerator, which is making their new eating plan very easy to stick with!
