Today I cooked as a personal chef in Naperville for a large family with eclectic tastes! Included in the menu today was: 

Peruvian Chicken Breasts with Aji

Pan Grilled Hanger Steaks with Spicy Bourbon Glaze, Skinny Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Buffalo Pork Chops

Crudites with White Bean Tahini Dip

Date Fig Almond Coconut Balls

 

I also made some after school snacks for the kids! They liked the Chorizo Nachos with Queso and Jalapenos.
